Orders & payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery only. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email us with your CV- reference as soon as possible.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Rarely, and never in the same colourway. Subscribe to be told first when a fabric returns in a new tone.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave Tunis within 48 working hours. Delivery across Tunisia typically takes 1–3 working days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Delivery is currently available across Tunisia only (all governorates).

How much is delivery?

A flat delivery fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

Sizing & fit

How do your tees fit?

Boxy. For a classic straight fit, take one size down. Full measurements are on the size guide.

Will washed pieces shrink?

They are pre-washed, so shrinkage is minimal. Wash cold and dry flat to keep the tone and length.

Are the caps adjustable?

The strapback is one size adjustable. The fitted cap comes in S/M and L/XL and holds its shape.

Returns

What is your return window?

30 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached.

Do you cover return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong piece.

How fast are refunds?

Within 5 working days of the parcel arriving back at the studio, to the original payment method.
